I'm Captain Jay Fowler. Come fish with me. I am a native of Sarasota/Venice, and have been fishing here all my life. (The grouper pictured weighed 25 lbs.)

For the past two years I have been fishing and chartering aboard the Mixed Bag out of Charlotte Amalie, U.S. Virgin Islands catching marlin, wahoo, sails, tuna and dolphin.

I will be returning to the Venice area in August, and expect to have boat and permits ready by September.
